When - When will you have your event; date and time?
Where - Where is your event or store located? Include the address AND city. Don't assume everyone knows this.
What - What is your event? Describe it; If it's a benefit, include info on who benefits and how.
Who - Who are you? How do people contact you; Name? Phone? Email? Website?
How - How do people sign up, buy tickets, or get more information about your event? If there is a fee, how much? How do they pay it?
