Reliable Phone Service - We are currently using Skype to call the US, but it doesn't seem to work that great. Another Scam Question - We were recently approached at our home by a man wearing a Cruz Rojo shirt for donations to Cruz Rojo. I reminded him that they recently had their donations campaign on the street corners and showed him the sticker on my car that showed I had already donated. He said they weren't doing that because of the influenza and that they are now going house to house. That isn't making a lot of sense to me both because of the recent public campaign and the flu answer.
