RE BUG WARS
AND CHINESE CHALK. Boric acid is a safe and effective pesticide for crawling
things, and Chinese Chalk may have once been just boric acid. But I refer you to
this link at the EPA which describes this product as a toxic and dangerous
chemical pesticide.

If
you are in need of a house sitter, I may have a suggestion. My wonderful
housekeeper Rocio is friends with other lovely people in Todos Santos, many of
whom are Jehovah Witnesses. She recommends a couple who are interested in
house-sitting, Jose and Concepcion Meza. The couple can be reached at
612-134-4341. --

The tip about
using freezer bags was a good one but I need a batch of full size sand
bags! Who knows where I can get these? There is no rush on this but
I am looking for an answer (even if it is in the states.) Regards,
Bob
Another sweetie to consider. Spot, named for his beauty mark on
his chin, is a very young neutered male looking for a loving home. He's very
outgoing and loves to be held and cradled in your arms like a baby, purring
away. For more information, contact Debra at
