	Todos Santos Huerta Fire, Baja California Sur Mexico, March 24, 2010 Photos courtesy of Claude Vogel. Taken the afternoon and evening of the Todos Santos Huerta fire. Many of these photos were taken near the front gate of Elena Moreno's home in La Cachorra. We were all truly fortunate that the fire did not do more damage, as it burned so close to so many structures in the La Poza / La Cachorra area. Many thanks to the many brave citizens and Bomberos of Todos Santos who turned out to fight the fire and protect their neighbors.

9th Annual Fur Ball - Will be held this Saturday, Feb. 4, once again at the lovely Hotel California in downtown Todos Santos. The fun begins at 3:00 p.m. with delicious appetizers and a no-host bar. There will be a raffle for many treasures and a live auction of exquisite art from local artists as well as live music and dancing. Dinner, appetizers and dessert all included in the 280 peso ticket.
